Campus Dining & Shops serves approximately 25,000 meals each day to the U.B. community - students, faculty, UB staff, our employees, and visitors. We operate dining centers, snack bars, food courts, grab-and-go cafes, concession stands at concerts and athletic events. We also cater everything from morning department meetings to upscale receptions and sit down dinners. We even have our own full-scale bakery, so you can imagine the variety of jobs we have to offer! Although we have a few non-food related businesses, which are mostly student staffed, the majority of our openings are in the food service area.


We have management positions, hourly positions
and an occasional office position. We are always looking for bright, energetic, and dedicated employees with "can-do" attitudes. In return, we offer outstanding benefits! Unlike restaurants, you'll get major holidays off, and in most cases, at least one weekend day off.
