Campus Dining & Shops serves approximately 25,000 meals each day to the U.B. community - students, faculty, UB staff, our employees, and visitors. We operate dining centers, snack bars, food courts, grab-and-go cafes, concession stands at concerts and athletic events. We also cater everything from morning department meetings to upscale receptions and sit down dinners. We even have our own full-scale bakery, so you can imagine the variety of jobs we have to offer! Although we have a few non-food related businesses, which are mostly student staffed, the majority of our openings are in the food service area.
