CDS: Campus Dining & Shops

You must go to the UB Card Office with your original card to have a new picture taken.  See the fee schedule below:
$20 -- Initial Card (This fee is included in the New Student Fee or can be paid with cash, check, credit card or billed to your University Student Account when the card is issued.) 
$20 -- Replace lost card 
$20 -- New photo (If you have current card to turn in) 
$10 -- Replace a worn/damaged card 
$20 -- Replace a worn/damaged card and have new photo taken 
$25 -- Replace a confiscated card 
If your appearance has changed dramatically, please consult a customer service representaitve regarding the fee.
