Marketing Sustainability Coordinator 06-23-2010 The ideal candidate will have a background and interest in environmental sustainability. The person will assist the Marketing Manager of UB Campus Dining & Shops with evaluating and improving Dining Services' recycling, and sustainability food/beverage programs, as well as with the preliminary research and proposals required for the creation of new programs. This person will also serve as a liaison between management and customers, students, and parents, and provide the resources to promote a more effective collaborative environment for all parties.
