The ideal candidate will have a background and interest in environmental sustainability. The person will assist the Marketing Manager of UB Campus Dining & Shops with evaluating and improving Dining Services' recycling, and sustainability food/beverage programs, as well as with the preliminary research and proposals required for the creation of new programs. This person will also serve as a liaison between management and customers, students, and parents, and provide the resources to promote a more effective collaborative environment for all parties.

1) Background and interest in environmental sustainability
2) Self Motivated
3) Ability to peer mediate and delegate
4) Ability to work and communicate with others
5) Effective networking and organizational skills
6) Must be able to work independently and with a team
7) Must be a good role model with work practices
8) Must attend mandatory student training sessions offered during semesters
9) Basic computer skills are recommended
