Pick-Up & Returns, Store Information
Accepted Payment
We only accept Visa or Mastercard as forms of payment through our online store.
Pick Up
The Campus Dining & Shops Greetings from Home program is designed for pick up only in one of our three convenience stores on campus. We will notify you when your package is ready and ask which location you would prefer for pick up. You must present your UB Card as identification.

North Campus:
The Elli - (716) 645-2497 located in Ellicott Complex
Teddy's - (716) 645-2134 located in Governors Complex
South Campus:
Main Street Market Store - (716) 829-3308 located in Goodyear Complex
Exchanges
Exchanges for defective items, different T-shirt sizes or styles (exchanges of equal value), may be made at the store that your items were picked up in.
Birthday Packages
In ordering either of our birthday packages, if the student's birthday falls on a school break, the package will be delivered once the student returns to school after break.
