Red Jacket

Red Jacket is one of two dining centers at the Ellicott complex on North Campus. It's an all-you-care-to-eat dining center that features weekday breakfasts of made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits, cereals and juices. On Tuesday and Friday mornings, we feature a make-your-own Waffle Station. Weekday dinner choices range from selections on our comfort food menu to the hands-on Wokery station. Traditional favorites are also offered such as pizza, pasta bar, hand-carved meats, signature salads and health bar, hot soups and a vegetarian/vegan offering. To top it off, we've got a scrumptious selection of dessert items. For weekend brunch and dinner, visit nearby Richmond Dining Center.
